Earl Yamson
works as Woogi
I'm a motion designer in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. I make broadcast packages, logo animations and typographic films, and I design the identities they belong to.
I started in 2020 with pubmats and photo manipulation for student organizations. Animation followed and became the main part of my work. Since then I have made stingers and overlays for esports broadcasts, recruitment films, product videos and a centennial told in ink.
I also write code. I design and build my own apps and tools, which means the motion in my work and the motion in an interface come from the same habits: timing counted in frames, curves chosen on purpose, and nothing moving without a reason.
