Where the motion work started: two years of student council pubmats, sports posts and photo manipulation.

As head of the Commission of Research and Archives at CIT-U, I made the pubmats, templates and event logos for a school year. These are the ones that still hold up.

Thought process

01
Say one thing loudly

Student posts compete with everything else on a feed, so each one has one big idea: paint through letters, a statue, a gift box.
02
Build templates

The council posted often, so recurring formats got templates that others could fill in.
03
Practise on everything

Sports posts, photo manipulation and illustrations were where I tried new techniques before using them on real briefs.

Next project Tools I built Desktop apps, plugins and web tools, most of them made to remove a step from my own motion and design workflow.
